Incorrect Addresses:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged item before filing your claim.
